Falling Songtext
Staring blankly, it's 2 a.m.
And someone else has just walked in.
I quickly wipe my pain away,
and slowly put on my apathy.
Wrap myself up, but not to tight,
And wonder how you feel tonight.
But seeing him, it makes me wonder,
If I'll ever be that cool . . .

This time it feels different.
Fading friends make this urgent.
A different setting, a separate time.
And now, gotta leave regret behind.
Its just a different kind of fall . . .

Faint signs of life, disturb the white.
Fresh and new, obscures my site.
And it still feels like something's wrong,
You couldn't tell by what i put on.
Inching closer, but still outside,
drying up, with receding tide.
And seeing you, it makes me wonder,
If I'll ever be with you . . .

This time it feels different.
Fading friends make this urgent.
A different setting, a separate time.
And now, gotta leave regret behind.
Its just a different kind of fall . . .
Never thought I'd see the day,
Some far off dream just to hear you say,
those words, I'm longing to hear,
"I feel the same way."

This time it feels different.
Fading friends make this urgent.
A different setting, a separate time.
And now, gotta leave regret behind.
Its just a different kind of fall . . .
