When Mommy Goes Songtext
When my mommy goes to school, I sit home and mope.
Her mommies gone to work, I don't know if i'll cope.
I sit alone, and wonder why,
What happens on the out there, is better than inside.

I lay on the couch, and I run on the stairs,
When they leave the TV on, I start stare.
I wag my tail, and eat my food.
What oh, what is there to do?
I don't want my mommy to go to school,
I want her to stay home and sing cats rule.
I don't like when her mommy leaves me too,
It makes me wonder about the bad things I do.

I only scratch and bite, because it's fun.
That can't be the reason that they run,
It must be that, i'm so darn cute,
And only the size of my mommies boot.

Mommy I swear, i'll try to be ugly,
If it means, you'll always love me.
