This is the Spring time of my life
Winter's just a memory
I'm taken by the light
The darkness has been swept away

My Summer's drawing near
The hope in me has been restored
And dreams I held so dear
Are falling into one accord
So I wait with anticipation
For the day when I will see

This chance to start again
A purpose and a plan I see
Beginning to descend
In this blessing raining down me

I'm never looking back
I found my joy in this new peace
That's been placed in these hands
A promise that will never cease
