In the Deep End Songtext
As I fall into this blue
I hear the splash and think of you
And how you do those things you do
Will the sharks approach
and feed on my flesh?
Well they're just in luck because there's plenty of it

Am I breathing above these waters?
Is this drowning?
Stop pretending you had no involvement
or the way you tried to push me off this ship
Was nothing more than good intentions,
with a hint of evil in it.

You will watch me drown
until my picture fades away
Your head is feeling heavy so you place
your hands against the rail
we've lost, the feeling,
lying on the beach we wrote our names out in the sand
in the shape of a heart.

Am I breathing above these waters?
Is this drowning?
Stop pretending you had no involvement
or the way you tried to push me off this ship
Was nothing more than good intentions,
with a hint of evil in it.

Well I will swim ashore,
knock down your front door
then up the stairs girl
so I can haunt you

I'll approach so cold
with memories I don't want to hold
Your fairytale is over, but your nightmare has just begun

Am I breathing above these waters?
Is this drowning?
Stop pretending you had no involvement
or the way you tried to push me off this ship
Was nothing more than good intentions,
with a hint of evil in it. x2
