Hypocratocracy Songtext
I woke up late one stormy night;
I didn't realize it was morn.
It was late, I had a bite
Of the rain before i drove off

Oh yeah
All right

The thunder hit my lovely car;
It started rattling around.
It made me late again to work,
So they said I needed to get help.

I needed help, they thought,
They thought but really they did not

They made me take my lovely car
Through the soaking rain of wet
To where they thought they'd find some walls
That could conceal their problem.

I went through all the big white doors
Into pallid rooms all filled with snow.
Through colorless corridors without ends,
And big black lines all through the floor.

They put my brain into a vice,
Started picking it apart.
They gave me all kinds of advice;
It all soaked in like rain in a sponge.
They let their white gowns clothe the cracks
Of all the cold and separate tiles.
They started dancing around my head
And said that I had just gone wild.

I was wild;
I'm not a child,
And i always wear a shirt.

I came home late one starry night;
My head had falled all apart.

I felt it crawling up my chest
And then it wrapped around my, my heart.

I thought I might sit down to write a song
To help me find a way to start again...
