Truth in sobriety, but only one form
Minds race with the chance to be reborn
With turmoil and trauma in a world that's torn
We seek shelter in our place of freedom

Smoke helps the rage to a melancholy state
Truth in pure love, understanding the hate
The problem is people with a one side debate
They seek shelter in treasure and malice
As humans, we're really quite new to this earth
All kingdoms found present prior our birth
They will remain to show their true worth
And seek shelter in our selfish destruction

Why can't we live within harmony's hand
Why must we live under an evil command
When it's time for the heavens to take a stand
I'll find shelter as a being of light
