Shells Songtext
the flashes from the fire
on the grasses, on their faces
let me know just how i've changed
as the sky is rearranging

i closed my ears for a second
right as the joke, it had stopped
at that very moment
all the hissing, it had paused
we had to keep it going
with whatever we had around us
cuz the light and warmth was dying
on our isolated island

he said to keep it straight
through the swallowing swirls
but the strength of it's will
takes us back to the shells

the shells

shell island!

but the rocks provide a brightness
that aligns the path that guides us
it all seems to have settled
and the three of us are now home.
