What injustice did I cause that I must pay in broken hearts?
Falling for girls left and right must have been the problem from the start

I don't like emo songs, but it's happened once again
I didn't know that falling in love was such a sin

I'm sick of writing all the same songs that all complain the same thing
If it weren't so consistent in my life, I'd have a different song to sing
