Our Eigth Angel Songtext
Seven angels spread their wings and
Circle the earth for what it's worth.
And you and I we dismiss such things
Shall we bury our feelings deep within?

A fallen halo for every dream
We had of a future we'll never see.
You left me with questions I'll never answer.
There must be a river somewhere between us.
Oh, it's a long road home. It's so long.
Oh, it's a long road home. It's so long.

It's a long road to choose to follow.
And it may seem to wind along for years.
And if you think there's closure you're mistaken.
Oh, everyone is equal in the end.

I'll remember the date and time
When seven angels fell from these skies.
â??Saved by their eighth and newest member
Fifteen days past the last of December.

While all around this January moon
And underneath some bed of stars
What's done is done, there were no miracles
Lost in the snowfall one Monday morning.

Oh, it's a long road home. It's so long.
Oh, it's a long road home. It's so long.

Seven angels joined by one.
They gain a sister I lose a mother.
There is no solution or so it seems.
There must be a river in-between
