god sent his son to save everyone
for my sins he was crucified
for three whole days he suffered
and then died
i've heard of some who've suffered longer
those in darfur in the slaughter
or anyone dying of any disease
and the poor in the textile factories

muslims are sinners and so are the gays
and most of the blacks with their drugs
and their gangs
god loves everyone
but most of us will burn
give the church most of your money

the sick and the hungry
they'll build a bigger church
but bail the priests out first

i can praise the lord for things i can afford
i like my cottage i like my car
i'll thank the lord for my cuban cigar
if i win it's thanks to him
if i lose i must have sinned
