Equador Songtext
Well now somewhere off the west coast,
Of northern-most south america,
A native of a land, began to make his final stand, on a plane.

And this kid stepped to the cock pit,
To ask the captain for a favor.
He said, "Hey do I sense a dangerous lack of love?"

The Captain, he said,
"Son (son son)
If you were my son (son son)
You would be loved (loved loved)
You'd be a son of a gun (gun gun)
But you're not my son (son son)
So put your seatbelt on (on on)
'Cause we're going down.
We're going down in a rain of love."

Now the copilot turned to the captain,
Said, "Hey I'd like a piece of the action"
He looked at the kid and told him just went wrong.

He was saying,
"Once (once once)
When I was very young (young young)
I had held someone (one one)
But I was just a punk (punk punk)
I turned my back on love (love love)
And now I'm all alone ('lone 'lone)
And we're going down
Yeah we're going down in the wake of love"

Say anything for home again,
The boy rememebered his intentions
Of studying evolution,
On the galapagos Islands.

But going down in flames,
Was never how he planned his
Death the great equator,
But maybe he'll meet his maker.

Sooner or later,
We meet the equator.
Equador, I adore you more than any flower loves the sun.
Equador, I was born to die on the richest fertile soil.

But now I fear, I'll never feel anymore.

Now the kid chucked off his sadness,
To find a remedy for the madness.
His words burning like the fires on engine one,
and he was singing,
"Equador,
Equador,
Equador,
Equador"
