It happened so fast, but it's still not comprehending through my empty head full of questions. Sure the sappy love songs are over, sung out and forgotten. But the memories remain, even when forgotten. I'm still missing the days of cold nights and warm hands. Being close to you was like the world to me. And it's warm on this night except for your side of the couch. I'm still missing the days with the lights down and the music on low. And minds off. And now I sit on a cold couch with the music off, and my mind on. And something must have happened because those words have caffienated me.
