Caleb Songtext
Born and bred of a monochromatic race,
where the full spectrum's buried.
We tick our heads and our bodies in time and pace,
while our hearts stay heavy.
Our lives are led in this chronic and stagnant place,
to which our minds stay married.
This fear of death keeps our spirits in check and chaste,
as I hurry on my way.

I feel the pavement crack with every step,
and every breath may be my last.
"This is not me."

Lost and forged in the depths of stars.
Blinded by our freedom, misleading,
devoid of feeling.
I am only one, meant for so much more.
What am I here for? What's in store?

"Just carry on."
(Am I typical, or something metaphysical?)
Let it go.

Still I dream in counter-clockwise melodies.
This is not me.
